Mareo Apartment is located within a villa and is completely self-contained and independent, with both pedestrian and vehicle access. The apartment is furnished in a modern style.

The entrance opens into a large open-plan living area featuring a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a relaxation space with a sofa and TV. The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms. A bathroom with a shower and a storage closet completes the interior layout.
